Purchasing Synchronization Rights

Requirements for Synchronization are included in Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond packages.

HI5FIVE MUSIC Synchronization Licenses grant commercial rights for use of instrumentals, with and without added vocals, as soundtracks, background music for Film, TV, Video, Advertisement, Video Game, Radio Commercials with voice over, Corporate Presentation, YouTube clips, Media and application projects. The licensing of the musical works to be synchronized with moving pictures is royalty-free within the limitations of our licenses. Please note that the instrumental(s) alone unaccompanied by synchronization to media cannot be sold by the licensee, Instrumentals must be synchronized to media prior to resale.

• Permitted Synchronization Use: Instrumental or instrumental as part of a recorded song for Synchronization to:

 

Film, TV, Music Video, Advertisement, Video Games, Soundtracks, Motion Picture, Trailers, Promos, Radio Commercials with voice over, TV Shows, Documentaries, Corporate Presentation, YouTube Video/Clips,

Media, Application Projects, Websites, Software, Television Programs, Home Video, Miscellaneous Moving Pictures, Video, DVD, Etc.

• Diamond License:

For Multiple Unlimited Professional Large Scale Synchronized projects including Film, TV, Video Games, Advertisement, Motion Picture, Radio Commercials with voice over, Music Video, Video Games, Soundtracks, Motion Picture, Trailers, Promos, Video, TV Shows, Documentaries, Corporate Presentation, YouTube Video/Clips, Media Application Projects, Websites, Software, Television Programs, Home Video, Miscellaneous Moving Pictures, Video, DVD, Media, Etc.

Multiple projects, Full Synchronization rights, Full Broadcasting rights, Unlimited Distribution limit, Unlimited Term, with Individual Track Audio Content files (ITAC files) included for the capacity to edit and arrange the Instrumental to suit the project

• Ideal for companies/artists working on major Pro projects requiring unlimited distribution.

 

• Platinum License:

For Two (2) Professional Large Scale Synchronized projects including Film, TV, Video Games, Advertisement, Motion Picture, Radio Commercials with voice over, Music Video, Video Games, Soundtracks, Motion Picture, Trailers, Promos, TV Shows, Documentaries, Corporate Presentation, YouTube Video/Clips, Media Application Projects, Websites, Software, Television Programs, Home Video, Miscellaneous Moving Pictures, Video, DVD, Media.

Synchronization rights, Full Broadcasting rights, 15,000 Distribution limit, Eighteen Month Term with Mixed Wave file

• Ideal for companies/artists working on large Pro projects requiring a high distribution limit

 

• Gold License:

For One (1) Professional Medium Scale Synchronized project including Music Video, Trailers, Promos, Soundtracks, Radio with voice over Independent Film/TV, Application Projects, Websites, Software, Video, DVD, Adverts

10,000 Distribution limit, One Year Term with Mixed Wave file

• Ideal for companies/artists working on a Pro small/medium size project requiring a small/medium distribution limit.

 

• Silver License:

For One (1) Non-Pro, Recreational Small Scale Synchronized project including Home Video, Corporate Presentation, YouTube Video/Clips

5,000 Distribution limit, One Year Term with Mixed MP3 file

• Ideal for working on Low budget small-scale projects with small distribution

 

 

Please note that Silver, Gold and Platinum, licenses require a new license at end of “Term” for continued use. If your project is long term please choose the corresponding package applicable to the required “Term” as the license may not still be available for a second “Term” renewal.
